Returns and Shipping Policy

Quilt patterns are available for download only and are non-refundable. Once you purchase your quilt patterns, you will receive an email with a link to download the pattern. Please save it to your computer instead of a tablet or iPad, and then print it. If the pattern includes a template, ensure you print it at 100%. 

As for fabric orders, please note our returns policy: once the fabric is cut and shipped to you, we cannot accept returns. 

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, weather permitting. I reside in the northern region, where winter conditions can sometimes cause delays. If I cannot dispatch your order within 24 hours, I will inform you about when it will be shipped. 

The same shipping policy applies to quilting notions, which will also be shipped within 24 hours, provided the weather allows. 

Please be aware that we are unable to ship outside the USA, so no international orders can be processed.
