Quilt patterns are downloadable only, non refundable. Once purchased, you will receive an email with a link for you to download the pattern, save to your computer not tablet or iPad, then print. If the pattern includes a template, print at 100%.
Fabric orders, once the fabric is cut and shipped to you, there is a no return policy.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours, as long as weather is permitting.
I live in the north where it can get a little dicey in the winter months. If, I can't get your order out within 24 hours, I will notify you to let you know when the order will be shipped.
For Quilting Notions, same applies. Shipped within 24 hours as long as weather is permitting.
Cannot ship outside the USA, no international orders.
